Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our products as they are considered perishable goods. However, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. We are also happy to exchange a defective product for a new version of the same product.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@verdantbloombotanicals.com.

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is under processing, we are unable to make any modifications.

Our handmade soaps are crafted with a blend of natural ingredients including olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and essential oils for fragrance. We do offer a few soap bars made with tallow, which are labeled accordingly. Each of our products contains a detailed ingredients list, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Yes, our handmade soap bars are formulated to be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We do offer specialized bars that focus on specific skin care solutions. In addition, we always recommend patch testing any new product before using it widely, especially if you have known sensitivities.

We handcraft our soap bars and skincare with only 100% organic essential oils, no synthetics scents. Though essential oils can provide a multitude of physical, mental, and aromatherapeutic benefits, it is also important to note that some essential oils, such as cinnamon and peppermint, can be irritating to young or sensitive skin. We always advise using our simplest, unscented bars, such as Bare Unscented, Milk & Honey, or Raw Remedy, for babies, young children, or those with very sensitive skin.  If you do discover a reaction to an essential oil, simply rinse with water and discontinue use of that essential oil blend.

To extend the life of your soap bar, keep it in a dry, well-ventilated area when not in use. A soap dish that allows for drainage can help prevent the soap from becoming soft and mushy.

Yes, our soap bars can be used on both the face and body. Please be aware that some of our soaps contain natural exfoliants and botanicals that can irritate facial skin, so please scrub gently.  As with any soap, avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Discounts can be applied only on full priced items. Discounts cannot be combined, and will not apply to already discounted items or subscription orders.
